I've only given it a quick glance (never used it) but it is worth taking a look.

You don't say if price is an issue. Most case tools are quite expensive. In my
experience price is not an indicator of quality or features. Although I would
suggest that a tool that supports sub-models would help. You have a lot of
tables.
