Please send me a private email requesting to be on the IBO v4 BETA. In it
there will be sample service applications.
Also, in this persons case it sounds to me like the easiest thing for him to
do is schedule the execution of an ISQL script in the NT task scheduler. I
think it would be overkill to have an entire service dedicated to watching a
clock and once or twice a day kick something off.
