That is true when you use lowercase characters... but, if you use all
uppercase characters... then IB Expert will not use quotes either, and then,
you wont need them either.

thanks for the explanation of the rules! IBExpert acts like IBConsole, it
enforces the quotes so the object names are case sensitive.
