Adrian,
You *definitely* need to review you JBuilder code -- your server
processes are maintaining a single transaction which is resulting in the
OAT (Oldest Active Transaction) from not processing.
This means that your sweep and garbage collection functions are not
operating correctly, the net effect would be a progressively slower
database operations.
