I asked very politely and also explained the reason to post only text-mails.

Having 10 mails in HTML at one day means pissing me about 50 times off in a
few minutes having to hit the Escape-Key about 50 times only to not have my
omputer try to dial up to the internet only to display this damn and always
the same banner ad.

Egroups did a pretty good job in converting html-mails into text when set to
do so, Yahoo ignores this setting.

Whether or not the content of you mails is good, I don't read them, as they
go into the trash-can immediately by an e-mail filter from now on.
