Indeed we do. Use the list ib-priorities ( mailto:ib-priorities-subscribe@yahoogroups.com )to raise a discussion about feature proposals. Then, when you are ready, get a sourceforge id (simple) and then post a feature request to the bug tracker.

In case you can't wait, ABS() is available in ib_udf. I've also seen funcs for standard deviation and variance (along with other stats funcs) in of the libraries...possibly one of those listed on the UDF page of the Tools section of the interbase2000 site (link in my sig).
