THanks, I did do that, and now -I- can access the database file, but the application errors out. Obviously, the app has a specific username and password hard-coded into it.

Also, it seems that the default isc4.gdb for Windows is about half the size of the default isc4.gdb for linux. Is there anything platform-specific in that file?
