special case where Firebird cannot accurately determine the appropriate
RowsAffected to return. In which case I recommend it return -1.
Either Firebird needs to do its job and tell us the rows affected according
to a standard it is free to design wisely in the case of triggers or it
needs to say, "I don't know" in a way that I can respond to appropriately
without confusion. Returning 0 as an arbitrary figure competes with
returning 0 as a meaningful figure. This is a poor choice in my book.
What would really be nice is if you could actually control on the server
what is reported in the RowsAffected info request but that would be pretty
difficult to do I think.
