From a practical standpoint, allow me to spoil the party:

There're enough well-known, documented, random, not categorized and not
officially acknowledged bugs that affect stored procedures and views as to
extend what we have, so extensions that rely on or use views and procedures
should be minor until we can tame some bugs at least.
