SCHEMA? CREATE SCHEMA ... I don't find any references in documentation.

It aint FB 1 - its FB RC1 - RC stands for release candidate. As such we are
hoping this will be our final beta before releasing 1.0
There are and will be issues with this release. We would like to know about
them now rather than later :-)
That way we can pull things for FB1 if we have to, or fix things that may
not work the way they should.
Although we test the builds using TCS, nothing tests the builds better than
you do ;-)
