SUCCESS!!!!!!

Hey, I wanted to thank you all for helping me out!

I have yet to run formal tests (and will do so tonight), but a quicky preliminary has shown complete success!

I downloaded the IBAffinity freeware program and changed it so that IB would only run on processor 1 (of 2).

1. Started up IBConsole...
2. Clicked 'login' and bam! Instant login!
3.Unregistered and re-registered, and still instantaneous!
4. Ran Diag Connection, and still instantaneous!!!!
