Yes, this is true however, when running reports, the criteria can be almost
anything for what they want so you can't build indexes for that. Ohterwise,
you would be building indexes for every field which would be
counter-productive to say the least. All of my reports have filter and sort
criteria such that the user can specify anything from all records to one
record depending on what they wanted to look at.
