The only way I can think of is to give the client apps the ability to create
the new generator and recreate the sproc dynamically. It's ugly, but it
might be your only choice.

if the librarian want give a new kind of material to users of library, like
newspaper,
the number of register must began from zero,
It's a stuped rule, but......
