Megastream in the UK - 2Mbaud digital link - they charge for
32 telephone lines!

That depends on who is preparing the statistics. BT say 50%
of exchanges are covered, but no indication if the rest ever
will be. But that ignores the fact that at present you have
to be within 3km's of an exchange to be connected so I would
say less than 25% COULD get it even if they want it. Cable
is even worse - our best option is a satalite downlink, but
I need a faster up-link.
