InterBase Workbench
If you use the object editors to create/alter your database objects, it will
cache all objects (tables, indices etc). This avoids querying when nothing
has changed. It uses lazy - fetching of objects - for example, no Field data
for a table is fetched until it is needed... Give it a try and compare it
with other tools.
