This is a classic bug in IBConsole. You should contact Jeff in bpi.ibconsole
and ask him if this bug was fixed or read the enhancements and bug fixes in
the IB community site (if you can tolerate going thru 5 screens at least
<g>).

As a workaround, disable System Data in the View menu. Often this cures the
list out of bounds message. The generators you're watching are system
generators. Drop them and you will stop several metadata operations from
working anymore.
