I don't think so...??? I'm using the isc_dsql routines which you could of
course use to create an ODBC driver which is why I say they are a level
below. Thats not really true though since instead of being below they are
really the same sort of library but a different model (like DB2 as I
understand it). And I really like not using ODBC since its such an ugly pig
so perhaps thats why saying the isc_dsql API is below ODBC is such a joke!

Sorry - not meaning to imply ODBC as better!
