It's version 3.2.1. However, there is an issue with *any* kinterbasdb on
32-bit Linux related to static linking to one system library by 2.1 fb
client (see other messages). It will be fixed in next Firebird
maintenance release.

Yes, I use Ubuntu Linux, I suppose then I have that issue, so I expecting the new release, if you need my testing work please contact me.
