What is probably triggering this is a problem finding Firebird. When installing
Firebird on windows I always select 'create legacy' and copy to system
directory. So do you know where the Firebird client is on the target machine? I
do like to know which files are being used, and certainly the copy of gds32.dll
that has been included in php in the past needs removing. fbclient.dll is the
current client to be aiming to use via php_interbase.dll
