OK I've completed all of this and added a set of files to simplify setting up
and testing. I've not run it from 'cold', but all of the files work on my
finished installation. So any problems let me know and I can try and sort them out.

I've also resorted to switching User Account Control right off on the Windows7
machine. It keeps popping up with all of the development stuff as well. The ones
every time I select a .zip are annoying now but I can't see how to disable
those. ALL my archive history is zipped locally :)
