The version up at present is WI-T0.9.4.41; which is very old I know. I was using a current version of firebird (2.5.0) to get php going, but when I cleared everything out I went for the original to access old databases. The php_interbase.dll is 5.3.5

The gds32.dll is in c:\windows\system32 directory and client apps can access the database ok.

I hope its not the version as it is such a pain to reupdate the firebird dbs. As the php_interbase.dll is a db client then most of the db commands should be compatible; at least for initial connection.
