OK this has now been extended with a build of PHP5.3 which includes
php_interbase configured to look for fbclient.dll. There are also a set
of config and test files to get someone started from scratch.

It is all running nicely on the Vista64 machine here. I was I little
surprised that I could actually compile it, since VSExpress is not
supposed to include the x64 compilers, but somewhere in my agony last
week that have appeared. I'm not planning on doing anything else with
that machine, so rebuilds should not be a problem and if people have
other x64 bits that I can add to improve things just drop them over.

I'll pull off a copy of the x64 php_interbase and post that to the files
list along with the VC6 one.
