I'm on a roll! just had to add --enable-cli so that configure actually
completes first.

See the message about FWAP64 ... I've got it compiled with interbase and
am now going back and adding the other php libraries. Once I've done
that I might even be tempted to try for imagick ;) eaccelerator was in
the 5.2.8 x64 build, but I'm not sure I have enough to add it back yet :(

So I'll package a x64 version of PHP5.3.0RC3 later and add it to the
FWAP64 page ...
