Lester, earlier I had a look at your website, from which followed the link to bitweaver.org. It is a nice CMS for sure and the underlying technologies (primarily ADODb for me) are what interest me. I also notice that you have links to Smarty PHP, which is currently in my area of interest, so I think I may have *questions* for you as I move along.

I'm planning to work on a windowed desktop PHP client (hence my interest in PHP-GTK) for some accounting functions. I like PHP but don't particularly enjoy the PHP/html mix, specially when presentation is particularly important. I'm figuring GTK will help me get the visual aspects done more easily and better, while still enjoying the portability and other benefits of PHP. I've come to dislike Java and I'm looking forward to seeing if I'm going to love PHP more in the GTK context. :)

Let's see what comes of this...
