Not knowing which version of ADOdb is in the library it's difficult to

comment, but certainly the PHP end is transparent for Interbase/Firebird.

ADOdb should call up a different driver internally and there are a couple of

niggles with BLOB which have a work around in the current ADOdb.


Firebird adodb version is 5.04,   I thought it was odd that delphi Editor keeps poping up in run | debug | breakpoint at a spot in adodb.inc that has something to do with blob access even when I'm not even using BLOB actions...  Its also giving a warning about blob access.  If you like I can run delphi in database debug mode and see what details it has.  Perhaps the  delphi IDE isnt so screwed up after all....
