yes it says without mysql but you have a mysql.ini file where the
configuration reads from
with-config-file-scan-dir i dont see a config with-interbase=/opt/firebird
in your file?

first find your interbase.so file to make sure you have one if you have one
then type
#vi /etc/php.d/interbase.ini
then type
#extension=interbase.so
then save and exit and restart apache
#:wq
#apacehtl restart
