Good point Lutz - I think it's about time gds32.dll was removed from the
PHP installation. Only the gds32.dll created by the installation should
be used!

If it is not defined it SHOULD pick up the one in the database - is the
EMPLOYEE database still dialect 1.

( No I have not had a chance to try it myself yet ;) )
