Internals, PHP-Install, PHP list amongst others ;)
Most question never received an answer, which is why I have
no objections to covering that sort of thing on this list.

Nice and concise, probably points out the two reasons I
started with Apache2 - Better windows support ( all servers
were NT4 ) and IPv6 ( customer spec - but I doubt they will
need it any time soon )

I'm running multi-process. So I don't think I have a problem
... yet
