It's been quite a while since I did present a paper, so I am
probably a little rusty, but given the good quality of
material that is appearing now content should not be a
problem. I'm sure someone would vet a draft for me.

Cashflow has been a problem for a year or so, and it's only
that, that's stopping me offering :)

We are currently installing Apache2/PHP5/Firebird1.5 in our
first site local authority site as I write this, so
hopefully this year is going to see a turn round ;)
