I think that the problem was a Jana Server and I install the Xitami Web Server and the problem continue and equal. I will try your sugestion. Thank you for your help.

I don't know Jana Server, but the first place I would look
when running with Apache is the location of the extensions
directory

extension_dir = "full path to directory with php_interbase.dll"

In the php.ini file.
