Well Unix and Windows versions are somewhat different, and
while developing the unix versions are quite easy - since
all the tools are available in Linux, the same can not be
said for Windows.

not found info on developing.

I am keeping an eye on the PHP5 stuff with a view to
creating a firebird specific module - but as usual I'm only
looking ;)
