No - as there is not a lot to go on.
FB1.0 or FB1.5?
What are you using to access databases?
How is the connect string entered?

Have you checked with a simple page that the database link
is actually working?

I've just spent a month trying to find a GOOD PHP editor and
debugger. It's not my ideal choice, but PHPEdit works very
nicely, and stepping through the code you see exactly where
problems are coming up.
(P.S. I'm working on my own copy of how to install PHPEdit
at the moment - if you are interested it should be finished
this weekend )
