A: Congratulations - a good reliable choice

A: Going from paradox to sql mean's a serious refactoring. Aplix is
experienced ERP developer for the romanian market since 1999.

A: In my personal opinion, You will not have such time to use an
itegrated development tool, unless you'r development department
consists in 5-10 people, but a hi-tech environment and good knowledge
of bussiness requirement's. In client/server the big pain come's when
refactoring is needed often.

And also Aplix is client/server Delphi based development tools
developer (RAD tools and Entity/relationship diagrammer tool), rights
management & generation tools for SQL servers (for internal use).
If interested, place a request to send you a demo.

As W Churchill said : "never did so few so much for so many". But get
used with idea of mantaing - I don't think you'll have time for the
main development. Am I wrong?

Our suplementary questions :
- How you qualify the coverage of you'r system now : ERP/SCM/CRM/MRP +BI?
- Have you wrote the software specification document? Or it must be
done "on the fly".
- How much time do you have?
- Can you outsource the main core development?
- How you qualify you'r experince in SQL?
