Hi,

I tried adding the missing character sets to my application and the delay went away.

I guess that the delay is much more notable when Jaybird is loaded with a heavy application such as ours.
There is a "wait" about 500 ms between each printing of warning message about missing charset in our application.

I guess that 37 ms delay becomes much longer when trying to load missing sets with an application heavy on start.
