I've found jaybird22_x64 there, but I use 4 additional DLLs on 32-bit Windows:
icudt30
icuuc30
icuin30
fbembed

I suppose, I can google out the 64-bit versions of the first three of them (or is there a central place for them?), but what about fbembed?
