Ok, I found *my* bug ;-)
The right way:
PreparedStatement prp = con.prepareStatement (dbo.getStatement (),
ResultSet.TYPE_SCROLL_INSENSITIVE,
ResultSet.CONCUR_READ_ONLY,
ResultSet.HOLD_CURSORS_OVER_COMMIT);
