Sorry for being quiet. The fix is committed to the CVS (I had to update
the AbstractPreparedStatement class).

Are you able to backport the fix to Jaybird 2.1 branch yourself? If yes,
there's a tag "Merge_Branch_2_1" which is used to calculate the diff
between the HEAD and this tag, and this diff is applied to Branch_2_1.
After the merge the tag is moved to HEAD (where applicable).
