Roman,

Just to keep you updated, I am putting together some files for you. We
are using Tomcat 5.0.28 to run it.

Bad... Ok, so let's try to solve the problem interactively.

Can you first of all post the SQL query Hibernate tries to execute (you
can
see it when you turn on Hibernate logging) ideally with parameter
values?

Next step would be to define a dummy database and one Hibernate object
and a
small test case to execute search. Perfectly you create a reproducable
test
case... (Can you prepare this yourself? Sorry for asking you this, but
currently I'm heavily loaded at work, so I cannot do this myself right
now)
