It's the fact that the table reservation doesn't occur that I'm most
concerned about...

Please keep me posted if you wouldn't mind - I signed up for the dev list
so I'll watch progress on there too...

I have created C++ test framework and tested different TPBs (consistency
and
concurrency), but did not submit it yet. I only can confirm that it behaves
not like I would expect it to behave, but on the other hand, it might be
quite logical to get notified about the deadlock right away.
