Unfortunately it is not easily reproducable. My test is pretty big,
and I have to run it a few times before I see the problem. Sometimes
it works. Sometimes it doesn't. I will investigate some more and try
to come up with a smaller test.

BTW, is there an easy way to enable debugging so I can track what is
going on internally in the driver layer?
