Subject Re: [Firebird-Java] Firebird with Jaybird
Author Gustavo Ruiz
Hi again, excuse me for the grammar.
I configure a datasource in tomcat whit username,
password and sqlRole parameters, and open connection
in a database, but throw exception: no permissions for
select in a table.
In a firebird Database i create a role READ, and
granted permissions for select in tables, after
granted
role READ to user tomcat.
If i connect with isql connect test.fdb user tomcat
role READ, all works fine, but if i connect with jdbc
connection from datasource previously configured,
sqlexception "no permissions..." after execute a
query, because i suppose the connection no connect
with role READ.
What's wrong?????.
Thanks for all.
