As an aside (wrt JBoss, Firebird and <auto-increment>), and reading
the following post from the JBoss forum:

I understand that:
org.jboss.ejb.plugins.cmp.jdbc.keygen.JDBCMySQLCreateCommand
is not supported by Jaybird as it is not JDBC 3 compliant (as per the
posting date of the above post).

Does this still apply or have the goal posts moved. I need to set up
auto-increment tags for a whole set of tables. I would appreciate your
experiences if you are doing the same.
