I just found out that I can reproduce the error. Everytime JOnAS
throws an EJBException (transaction rollback) the same error and crash
will happen.

I also have a good news ;-) I updated my JayBird with RC2 and use it
just as the same as before and voila the error and crash are gone! So,
I think JayBird RC2 was a very good update! Now I need to prove the
RC2 in my production environment (much more rollbacks and users). I'll
send the list my result.
