I've updated the FBManagedConnectionFactory class to implement the jca 1.5
ManagedConnectionFactory interface.
EVERYONE WHO COMPILES THE DRIVER SHOULD RUN THE total-clean TARGET and then
rebuild to get the newer jca interfaces from jboss.
