Done. There are two deprecations in FBManagedConnection, they will be
removed in next version (that's public methods so let's keep them for
a while), one in TestFBDriver (usage of java.util.Date(String)
constructor) because I have no idea why it was added there.

Fixed.

Please check version from the CVS. If no newly introduced bugs are
found, I think we can release 1.0.
