I guess you've solved the problem. By the way where did you get that magic
formular?
I want to deep in it.
In all cases I have:
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.1_01-b01)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.1_01-b01, mixed mode)
on Linux box - kernel 2.4.18.
I will try to install IBM JDK - I heard of its high performance.
I will provide you with the default buffer parameters if only I will have
still access to
my account on Linux box - I changed arenda and server recently.
