and didn't buy any license - it's free. What is the version of it indeed -

as one can see from file name or 2.50.5 as one can see from CommDiag applet?
I'm afraid but may be I'm really confused about version of IC I'm talking
about.
Anyway I work with IC driver whether it is 2.01 or 2.50 on both Linux
Slackware8.1
and Windows XP earlier on trial IB6.5, now on free FB1.0.0.796 and have no
problem except on RH8.0. And now I can not understand what the difference
with RH8.0.
