I just took InterClient's examples/DriverExample.java, replaced all
references to InterClient with JCA-JDBC driver, and it works fine. I
will port other examples to JCA-JDBC driver and commit to CVS (I
think there will be no licensing issues here, but I will check), but
I'm almost sure this will be a trivial task.
