Brian,

Try changing your entry in your .xml line from:

<config-property-value>c:\cvs\jms\db\JOBS.GDB</config-property-value>

to something like:

<config-property-value>localhost/3050:c:\test.gdb</config-property-
value>


... worked for me after a few days of trail and error.
