You are free to do what you want with the code. You can use the
jarkarta regexps - I just got lazy and used the JDK instead. You can
put the tool under the same license as the rest of the driver.

I would like to rewrite it using jakarta regexps and then commit it
to CVS. May I? The reason for jakarta regexps is to make it possible
to use it with JDK 1.3.
